These Terms describe the intended LinguiLot service model for launch review. Final legal language, governing-law details, and business contact information still require approval before public release.

Service and audience
LinguiLot is a browser-based language-learning service intended primarily for adults aged 18 and over. The initial interface is English and the initial learning language is Spanish.
Accounts
Learners are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Email-and-password accounts must be verified before protected learning content, redemption, or paid checkout is available.
Plans and access
LinguiLot supports Free, Premium Monthly, and Premium Annual plans. Eligible readers may also receive a separate Book Bonus entitlement. Access sources are additive, so canceling one source does not remove another active full-access source.
External books
Books shown in LinguiLot are a separate catalog. Purchases occur on configured external retailer sites and are not fulfilled by the LinguiLot learning app.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse redemption codes, interfere with the service, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
