Refund and Cancellation Policy
This launch-readiness draft separates LinguiLot subscriptions from external book purchases. Final refund timing and legal wording require business approval before launch.

LinguiLot subscriptions
Premium Monthly and Premium Annual subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the configured billing behavior while paid access continues through any remaining paid term.
Refund requests
Refund requests follow the published LinguiLot policy and an owner-approved support process. The product does not promise an automatic refund decision from the browser.
Book purchases
Amazon, Audible, and other external retailers handle their own book orders and refund policies. LinguiLot does not fulfill those purchases inside the learning app.
Book Bonus
Book Bonus is a separate learning entitlement and does not create a recurring Stripe subscription or require a payment card.
