Why can’t I enter the learner app after signing up?
Email-and-password accounts must confirm their email before protected learning pages are available. Use the verification page to request another confirmation email if needed.

How do I reset my password?
Open Log In, choose Forgot password, and follow the recovery link sent to your email. Invalid or expired links fail safely and you can request a new one.
Learning
What does the Free plan include?
The launch policy is Units 1–2, two selected stories, up to five game rounds per day, up to 20 review items per day, basic progress, and the complete Books catalog.
Access
What is Book Bonus access?
Eligible book readers can redeem a Book Bonus code after signing in. A successful launch-program redemption grants non-expiring full core learning access and does not create a Stripe subscription.
Billing
Where will I manage a paid subscription?
Paid Monthly and Annual subscribers use the Stripe Customer Portal from Account for card changes, invoices, cancellation, and plan management.
Audio
Does speaking practice upload my recording?
No. MVP speaking practice keeps the learner recording local and temporary by default so you can replay and compare it with the model.
