This privacy draft reflects the current MVP architecture and must be reviewed against the final production configuration and applicable legal requirements before launch.

Data used by the product
LinguiLot may process account information, learner preferences, progress, attempts, review state, entitlement information, support requests, and privacy-conscious product events needed to operate and improve the service.
Payments
Payment methods and sensitive card details are handled by Stripe. LinguiLot stores only the identifiers and subscription state needed to resolve access and support billing.
Speaking recordings
MVP speaking recordings remain local and temporary by default. They are discarded when the activity closes unless a future opt-in feature explicitly changes that behavior.
Analytics
Product analytics must not contain passwords, payment fields, voice recordings, or lesson answer text. Session replay is disabled by default and requires a separate privacy review before any future use.
Deletion and data requests
LinguiLot will provide account deletion and data-request processes. Final retention periods and processor disclosures must match the production configuration before launch.
